Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Because we are a country Inn rather than a chain hotel, cancellations affect us significantly. We guarantee a room for each of our guests and never over sell our rooms as the larger properties do. Therefore we strictly enforce our cancellation policy.

Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 15 days notice (30 day notice if the reservation is during a holiday time period), less a $25 administration fee. If you must make a last-minute cancellation, we will gladly return your deposit, as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit.

Changeable weather is part of the White Mountain experience and therefore we do not allow cancellations, late arrivals or early departures due to poor weather. Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures due to any circumstances are considered to be a cancellation and you will be charged for each night reserved.

Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family or medical emergency or weather, and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Gratuity Options

The staff at The Christmas Farm Inn & Spa is committed to making your experience wonderful and memorable. We do not impose an automatic service charge or gratuity for services rendered. Gratuities are, however, appreciated by each recipient. For convenience you may choose to add nightly gratuity through your reservation agent prior to arrival, or through Guest Services at check-in.

Pet Policy

We are sorry but we cannot accept pets of any kind, and are unable to make any exceptions. However, we can help make arrangements for them to be boarded at a local kennel if you need to bring them.

Smoking Policy

The Christmas Farm Inn and Spa is now a totally smoke-free environment.. Smoking is NOT allowed in any of the guest rooms or common areas. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200.00 clean up fee. Smoking is permitted outside on our grounds as long as cigarette butts are not thrown on the ground. If you must smoke, please be respectful and dispose of cigarette butts in the specially designated places.

General Terms and Conditions

• A two night stay is required for all weekends and three nights are required for holidays and special events
• A 50% deposit is required on all reservations of two nights or more and a 100% deposit for all single night reservations.
• Check-in time is after 3.00pm, check-out time is before 11.00am
• All our rooms are smoke free
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Rates do not include 8% tax
• Unfortunately we cannot allow pets
