Our Restaurant at Christmas Farm Inn
Under the direction of Executive Chef Stan Shafer, who won "Chef of the Year" by the American Culinary Federation, our restaurant features a variety of classic New England dishes, steaks, pasta, seafood, and sandwiches. Our Jackson NH restaurant specializes in seasonal cuisine that reflects the best of New England, with a menu that is eclectic yet approachable, created from fresh, local ingredients as often as possible.
House specialties include our wicked P.E.I. Mussels with plum tomatoes and spicy chorizo sausage for that little kick and garlic bread for dipping. Also try our Green Apple Bourbon Steak, our bestseller, or Stan’s award-winning chili (winner of the Chilly Chili competition 2012 and 2013) which is also featured in our Chicken Quesadilla.
Do not miss our excellent value Daily Specials, ranging from Almost Free Friday -- any bottle of wine at half price -- to our popular Italian Night when two enjoy a 3-course dinner for $29.
Kids enjoy their own menu, activities page as well as movie night in the adjacent sitting-room every night from 5:30pm.
You'll love visiting the Christmas Farm Inn's Pub and will feel right at home! Martinis and cocktails change seasonally and offer a great variety of flavors. Our pub features a large whisky and Bourbon selection, Tuckerman’s on draught as well a wide selection of bottled beers.
On weekends (during the summer months) you can also eat a light meal over at the Cabana Bar, which is located next to our outdoor pool.
The pub opens at 5 pm. The Dining Room opens at 5:30 pm and the last seating is at 8:45 pm.
