The historic Christmas Farm Inn and Spa … one of the very first farms in Jackson, dating back to 1786, is proud to announce its hearty new Country Breakfast Buffet … a great way to start your day in the White Mountains. Old-fashioned, “down-home” cooking … served family-style, down on the farm. … Simple, hearty, seasonally homegrown and back-to-the-roots delicious.

Our sideboards are laden with farm fresh eggs, bacon and sausage, an assortment of cereals, granola, fresh fruit, yogurt and hot, old-fashioned oatmeal … slow-cooked the way Grandma used to make it. Homemade breads and baked goods, made fresh daily in our very own on-site bakery, are a treat for your eyes as well as your appetites. Enjoy daily selections such as blueberry muffins and jam, hot coffeecakes right from the oven, warm apple crisp or feather-light puff pastries filled with fruit. Sunday mornings are a special treat with our famous cinnamon sticky buns. Deep dish quiches, homemade corned beef hash, home fried potatoes, buttermilk pancakes with our very own maple syrup or apple French toast are some of our rotating Daily Specials.

Whether you help yourself to a bountiful, all-you-can-eat breakfast when the rooster crows (the best time to enjoy a White Mountain morning in our opinion) … or saunter into our colonial dining room a bit later after a leisurely awakening (after all, you are on vacation) … nothing beats good country cooking with freshly ground coffee or a steaming pot of hot tea.
