christmas farm inn jackson nh barn 2Possibly one of the oldest structures on our property, the Christmas Farm Inn Barn is a multi-purpose structure that lives and breathes activity and celebration! Downstairs is a large meeting and group party space capable of accommodating 85 people comfortably. From its two-story vaulted post and beam ceiling and massive stone fireplace, to its full bar capabilities and kitchen, the Barn can expertly provide service and meals for business and professional meetings as well as fabulous weddings.

Upstairs in the barn, the original haylofts have been converted into four large two-story condo-like spaces. These deluxe suites are perfect for extended families with children and small groups of friends. They boast full baths, air conditioning, cable TV, telephones and refrigerators. christmas farm inn jackson nh barnBarn Room 1 - "Balsams" - This suite (almost 600 square feet) is the biggest of the Barn rooms and is located on the top front left of the building. It’s light and airy ambience amongst the treetops makes you feel like you’re residing in a luxurious treehouse. This is a fabulous room! The green rustic motif throughout boasts a separate Queen bedroom downstairs as well as a lovely sitting room with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Upstairs is a room with one Double and 2 twin beds. Massive hand hewn beams, cathedral ceilings and uniquely crafted spaces make this the site of a vacation you’ll never forget. The Balsams has both a TV and a refrigerator for your use.


Barn Room 2 - "Hemlock" - This is a huge and charming accommodation of almost 600 square feet, perfect for a large family. It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the left rear of the historic barn. A red, blue & green plaid queen-size sleeper sofa and a matching overstuffed chair greet you in the main living area, with eyelet curtains and hand-painted milk can lamps rounding out the country barn feel. Also on the first floor you will find a queen bedroom suite with plaid accoutrements overlooking the Chef’s kitchen herb garden, with a lovely view of the White Mountains in the distance. The bathroom is furnished with pine furniture; a tub and toilet, with a separate sink area. Upstairs is another large and spacious bedroom with an overlook to the main sitting area. It has 2 twin beds and one Double bed, ample closets and dressers, with a blue and white patchwork motif. There is a dimmer switch on the antique wall sconces … as if you could possibly be in want of more atmosphere! Cathedral ceilings and hand-hewn beams make this a charming and unique accommodation.


christmas farm inn jackson nh barn 3christmas farm inn jackson nh barn 4Barn Room 3 - "Pine" - On the right rear of the barn you will find “Pine”, a 2-story townhouse with tall, sloping cathedral ceilings, rustic hand hewn beams and patchwork quilts. This is a spacious townhouse filled with rustic charm and infused with history. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the upstairs sleeping room has a queen bed and two twins, with blue and white checked spreads and dust ruffles. A desk, end tables and chairs complete the cozy rustic elegance you’ll experience in these great family rooms. From the windows you’ll have a great view of the Fitness Center and the woods. You might occasionally see our resident red foxes and wild turkeys scampering through the property.

Barn Room 4 - "Spruce" - Enter by way of the winding outside stairs to a charming sitting room with a plaid queen-size sleeper sofa. Rustic antique hand-hewn beams and original barn board paneling beneath the chair rails are from ancient trees that were even old at the time of our country’s Revolutionary War! The tall cathedral ceilings have original plank boards visible from below. A green floral motif adds an elegance that blends naturally with the rustic country charm of the white eyelet curtains and pine furnishings and accoutrements. A teal and mauve carpet adds a nice accent of color over all. These rooms overlook the Salt Box and the antique barn shed.
