Thank you for thinking of the Christmas Farm Inn... where we make memories!
"Wonderful Memories Created"
We attended the Journey to the North Pole in the past through a different property. The Christmas Farm Inn went above our expectations to make the weekend a magical memory that the whole family will share for years to come.
Visiting twice gave us the opportunity to find out that each stay is more special than the last. It is an Inn where everyone from the people who clean your room to the Innkeepers greet you with a special kind of warmth that puts a smile on your face.
The Inn itself is so rich in history that you can't help but feel its past. However it is so well appointed with many options, a great fitness center, wonderful pool and hot tub, a spa that can hold its own next to a trendy "big city" spa and an amazing restaurant. It ticks all the boxes, perfect for a romantic weekend, wonderful for families, a perfect stop for travelers passing through town. We can't wait to return."
We stayed there in December for the Journey to the North Pole event. From the moment we got there it was magical. When we got to our room there waiting for my daughter was the 'Polar Express' bell and invitation. My daughter was truly excited!...
We had dinner that night in the barn with Mrs. Claus. It exceeded our expectations!... The room was decorated beautifully and there was a person singing songs...the whole atmosphere got us into the spirit of Christmas. The food that was served was just delicious....buffet style. And the desserts were to die for. Mrs. Claus comes and reads a book for the children and then poses for pictures with each child. She gives them each the book she read and another present.
The next day you are on your own for the day ...you can sit in the cozy living room with the fireplace (there's an adjoining room for kids to play games or watch TV). That night we did the Polar Express event. It was awesome. We came back to the Inn sat around the fireplace with a glass of wine and just relaxed...We had dinner and breakfast there as well. The food was delicious and the dining room was very comfy. Everyone there was so accommodating and nice...we were sad to leave...but will return! Thank you!
"The magic begins with its truly hospitable Innkeepers."
A real fifteen foot Christmas tree, climbing into the sky and decorated oh so beautifully, beneath the tree a gift for every child in the room. Soon Mrs. Claus would arrive to read a story to the girls and boys and deliver a special gift!
This is a Historic Inn made memorable by its family of four Innkeepers' and their energetic young retriever who at one point comes by to PLAY a visit with those who offer to throw a stick.
As far as the operational aspect, there must have been at least 25 staff on duty- all of whom were indispensable to our overall experience.
Our children are begging us to return for the same wonderment next year at the Christmas Farm Inn. How can we refuse? Cheers!
